GOALS and OBJECTIVES:
- Provide a positive customer experience for ESET’s Bronze partners and end users while maintaining company goals and directives.
- Prospect and develop additional business opportunity from existing customer install base.
- Interface with end users and Bronze partners via telephone and email to provide sales support.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and value of ESET's security solutions to existing end users and channel partners.
- Meet or exceed the Bronze renewal quota.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain accurate pipeline of renewal business.
- Maintain and build Bronze partner relationships.
- Maintain accurate account information.
- Respond to voicemails per company policy.
- Provide & process renewal related materials (quotes, sales orders, invoices, trial licenses, etc.) for Bronze partners.
- Handle and/or resolve ESET license credential inquiries/issues for Bronze partners.
- Record and maintain accurate notes for all sales-related activity in CRM.
- Maintain accurate end user information in CRM.
- Provide back-up support to sales team colleagues as needed/required by management.
- Attend all sales meetings and trainings as required.
- Contact all Bronze renewal opportunities ahead of time to assure a better renewal retention rate.
- Work with the ISR team to maximize Bronze renewal revenue attainment.
KEY TECHNICAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE and QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5 years channel sales experience.
- College degree (preferred).
- Knowledge of MS Office and Salesforce.com.
PERFORMANCE MEASURES:
- Meet or exceed monthly sales quota.
- Exceed renewal rate of previous year.
- Ensure customer retention to incumbent partner.
- Maintain a healthy Bronze renewal pipeline.
- Offer other solutions to Bronze resellers and end users (up-sell / cross-sell).
