Job summary

We are looking for IT Business Analyst for our ESET team who will analyze and validate stakeholders business needs and specify how to fulfill them.

Job description

You would be working on the products for our customers from business and consumer environment and you would participate on the delivery of new features for our flagship products like ESET Smart Security, ESET Endpoint Security, ESET Home platform and many others. Your work will never be boring as you would work on a wide range of different tasks – from licensing system to new security features.

Our team has participated on the delivery of many great products and features in our products like whole new ESET Home platform, Anti-Theft, Parental Control, Password Manager, platforms for our business customers and many others.

What does working as IT Business Analyst entail?

Being a mediator between internal customer (mainly product management department) and software development team.
Gathering requirements from the key stakeholders and identifying problems, risks and grey zones related to them.
Being a part of an agile discovery and delivery team responsible for proposing the solutions (conceptual and technical) in cooperation with other key roles like UX designers, architects, product owners and developers.
Preparing detailed specification using user stories supported by UML models and diagrams to specify implementation details.
