Directly reporting to Sales Manager, APAC, the Channel Manager plays a key role in improving channel support for regional resellers and distributors. This role supports our channel-driven sales organization and the growing network of partners.Job description
Management of relationship with assigned distributors with knowledge of their market and business
Acting as the single point of contact and providing required level of support for distributor for ESET
Preparing (with distributor) yearly business plan and key development targets for the territory
Performing regular review of distributor performance
Responsible for contract management and resolution of any outstanding issues
Ensuring correct and timely invoicing and management of receivables
Working closely with marketing to specify and analyze market data for assigned territories
Design and execute marketing programs with our channel partners that help build the ESET brand and generate qualified leads
Territorial administration, development of new strategic accounts, relationships development, presenting in public, representing ESET at various events
Working closely with technical sales to provide training and education on ESET products to the partner and their resellers.
Understand the competitive landscape of endpoint security market in assigned territories.
Working closely with marketing to create and develop campaigns to drive sales, analyze market intelligence reports, planning and keeping track of MDF usage per territory.
Help with reseller/partner recruitment to position non-core AV products (Encryption, Technological alliance)
Other duties as assigned.
Other requirements include;
Bachelor’s degree in business management or equivalent
Excellent presentation and business communication skills
Fluent in business English (written, oral)
Skill in organization and time management.
Ability to work independently and achieving a high level of external customer satisfaction.
Ability to travel as required.
