The ESET Channel Account Specialist (CAS) is accountable for the day to day operations, and lead point of contact for named reseller accounts.Upselling into reseller accounts, managing the overall health of accounts and overseeing customer account management, including partnership program engagement. They will build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure business continuity.
Job description
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
Provide excellent account support and building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships
Coordinate with sales operations the welcoming and on-boarding of new accounts
Manage daily in bound calls and make outbound calls to ensure accounts are nurtured.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Manage account pipeline and forecasting – Salesforce based tools
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
Work with marketing team for marketing opportunities with accounts
Prepare reports on account status
Collaborate with BDM’s and sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Coordinate with technical training team for account enablement
Coordinate with Channel marketing manager to ensure programs are executed
Visit accounts when needed
About you:
Demonstrate a positive attitude and a consultative approach to solving problems, understanding business goals and educating prospect clients
Entrepreneurial mindset – able to operate in fast growth context
General account management skill set.
Achievement oriented but team focused – working in a fun collaborative culture is important to you.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Business related degree desired, but not essential
3-5 Years account management and/or sales experience in software or IT Security an advantage
