We are looking for a new colleague to join our Managed Services and Operations team team providing custom security solutions for our clients.Job description
In 2022, ESET has launched global Corporate Solutions Division, dedicated to support large companies and public institutions with bespoke cyber security solutions.
Your main role will be to cooperate on designing, maintaining and operating of security systems and solutions / product, cooperate on implementing change requests and support them. You will have to understand different platforms / environments and their behavior and be able to accommodate security solutions within these platforms / environments fulfilling customer’s requests.
What does role entail?
being key technical consultant for corporate client
get familiar with existing ESET products and their components as well as with the tools, processes and procedures that are relevant
based on client requirements expertly analyze technical aspects of environments (architecture, infrastructure, OS, databases, etc.) & evaluate their advantages / disadvantages / limits / risks in order to be able to provide best potential solutions / configurations of security products & solutions in customer’s environment
provide technical configuration of software solutions to meet customer demands
deploy custom setups and configuration of security solutions within the customer environments
preparation of testing environments (cooperation with developers)
test deployed solutions in customer’s environment and meet acceptance criteria for solution
direct communication with the customer about his requirements, needs, environments and customer’s specifics
clarification of change requests and implementation of the solution into the setup environment
visiting selected customers in order to deliver the required services
building, training and demonstrating technical expertise to more junior team members
Our requirements:
proven experience as Technical lead / IT consultant / Service delivery manager or similar role
practical experience with different IT / PM delivery methodologies
practical experience with technical configuration on software solutions and their deployment on various platforms / environments
practical experience with S&M process and operations of large scale solutions
experience in direct contact with client
interested in learning and deepening technical skills and skills in security area
knowledge of software architecture and it’s components
technical and analytical thinking
fluent English (other languages welcome)
It is awesome but not required if you can offer:
knowledge of programming languages is welcome
knowledge of security landscape and technology is welcome
experience with direct contact with customer is welcome
understanding of software development lifecycle & ITIL are welcome
What do we offer?
Basic wage component (brutto): from 2 800 EUR
* Financial bonus based on performance paid twice a year up to 10% from the base salary paid during the evaluation period (normally 6 months).
* The final basic wage component can be increased accordingly to individual skills and experience of the selected candidate.
