Summary
The Online Business Manager has primary responsibility for the online sales performance across B2B and B2C for the ESET office in Australia, working closely with the global and APAC marketing teams to raise the awareness of the ESET brand across our digital channels.Our Online Business Manager has beginning-to-end responsibility for ESET's Australian online sales performance, incl. product specific online acquisition and retention and customer lifetime value growth strategy.
Job description
Our Online Business Manager will be required to drive initiatives coordinating with internal teams to ensure all digital spend delivers effective ROAS whilst maintaining high brand standards.
Supporting the Marketing Director, our Online Business Manager will be responsible for the deployment of effective digital activity working closely with the our teams at HQ and third-party resources. The role will be responsible to online advertising, acquisition and online sales performance in line with the strategy in Australia.
This role requires a deep proven ability to drive sales through impactful sales analysis through close partnership with the Channel sales organization for APAC.
Additionally, the Online Business Manager will be responsible for:
• Analyzing and interrogating the digital marketing performance on a weekly basis with online revenue target responsibility.
• Liaising and managing the relationship between ESET Australia, APAC marketing and Global digital teams.
• Reporting on the effectiveness of the digital marketing and acquisition and making recommendations for improvement.
• Responsible for forecasting, online budget planning (incl. media planning & buying) and performance monitoring with regards to the budget allocation efficiency
• Staying on top of the latest trends in the digital space to inform future direction.
• Working with our Marketing Analyst on data requirements.
• Providing insight on consumer behavior in the digital space which could inform the creative route.
• Work with our in house designer on developing engaging and impactful content for our digital campaigns.
• To manage the strategic development of ESET Australia’s social media presence.
• Work closely with the teams in Australia to monitor retention rates.
Experience
• Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role
• Solid experience coordinating successful online sales and marketing campaigns
• Strong digital marketing and advertising skill to include knowledge of key SEO principles, a understanding of the metrics and measures for digital marketing (Social, Display, PPC and Video).
