IT Business Analyst

Your Responsibilities will be to:  

• collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements. 

• conduct thorough business process analysis, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions. 

• facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and validate requirements. 

• work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into functional specifications. 

• identify process bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for automation. 

• develop process documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures, and work instructions. 

• collaborate with stakeholders to define and measure process performance metrics. 

• support change management initiatives related to business process improvements 

Our Requirements:  

• minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst 

• strong knowledge of business analysis techniques and methodologies 

• ability to perform in-depth business process analysis and identify improvement opportunities 

• proficiency in applying business process modeling techniques (e.g., BPMN, UML) 

• familiarity with process documentation practices, such as creating process maps and standard operating procedures - practical experience with using process modeling tools such as Enterprise Architect, Camunda or similar software solutions 

• understanding of process performance metrics and ability to collaborate with stakeholders to define and measure them 

• communication and facilitation skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels 

• strong problem-solving and analytical thinking 

• familiarity with project management principles and practices 

• English – B2 level (documentation, written form) 

Nice to have: 

• certification in business analysis. 

• experience in data analysis and data modeling. 

• knowledge of relevant tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, or similar. 

• understanding of emerging technologies and their potential impact on business processes.
