System Engineer (DevOps) - Cloud Security Applications

Summary

We are looking for a skilled Systems Engineer/DevOps Engineer to join our team and help develop security applications for the cloud. If you have experience with cloud service providers, Linux administration, Kubernetes, C#/.NET Core application deployment, or expertise configuring scalable, cloud-native microservice environments, we want to hear from you.

Job description

Responsibilities:

Maintain and configure Kubernetes clusters in public clouds or on-premise.
Monitor, diagnose, and solve problems in server clusters, focusing on our applications' performance, scalability, and security.
Provide tier-3 support during incident response.
Collaborate with other cross-functional agile teams.
Participate in the entire software development lifecycle by assisting with planning, supporting developers and testers, and deployment staging.

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience with at least one major cloud service provider (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform).
Strong proficiency in Linux and virtual environment troubleshooting.
Understand cloud-native design patterns (12-factor app principles) and microservices.
Problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
Experience with programming/scripting languages to automate work.
English - intermediate professional proficiency

Nice to Have:

Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, container registries, Prometheus, Grafana, or other orchestration and monitoring tools.
Familiarity with Apache Kafka or other messaging/streaming platforms
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and other DevOps practices

Basic wage component (brutto): from 2 400 EUR

* Financial bonus based on performance paid twice a year up to 10% from the base salary paid during the evaluation period (normally 6 months).

* The final basic wage component can be increased accordingly to individual skills and experience of the selected candidate.

* For less experienced candidates, basic salary from 2000 EUR brutto/month.
