As segment marketing specialist you:
- Are the key marketing point of contact for our Enterprise Segment and the Global Sales team
- Lead, actively contribute and support creation of Enterprise segment marketing strategy, propositions, offerings & key messages
- Lead Global Marketing planning for Enterprise segment and actively contribute to Marketing workshops dedicated to Enterprise topic (with selected list of countries)
- Drive understanding of Enterprise marketing initiatives impact via business case development. You have advanced skills in business case model development and assumptions quantification. You can create logical structure of business cases, co-lead creation of high level KPIs to be used for evaluating projects, creating benchmarks, initiating learnings/continuous improvements
- Provide strategic, segment relevant information and guidance that serves as an input for other marketing teams and enables them to create strong campaign and/or program communication concepts
- Lead and have sole concept creation responsibilities for product launches (incl. cross-functional coordination). Drive messaging and product naming consistency across global and local customer touchpoints for a specific segment
- Actively project manage initiatives in full ownership, build mid and senior-level stakeholder relations and contribute to productive and close cooperation with other global, regional and priority country teams.
- Are one of the go to people for Enterprise marketing insights
You should have:
- Minimum 5 years of B2B experience in the following areas: market insight, marketing strategy, audience (segment) marketing, product marketing, business planning, project management
- Knowledge of B2B cybersecurity products and marketing is a strong advantage
- Proficient level of English (at least C1)
- Solid understanding of B2B technology buying process & stakeholders/audience needs and behaviors
- Advanced experience to ideate innovative strategic B2B marketing initiatives
- Experience in creating high-quality business cases for marketing initiatives
- Ability to combine strong data analytics understanding with creativity and executability pragmatism
- Ability to formulate the big picture while considering key details, to view topics holistically (end to end) but also break down into phases (step by step)
- Willingness to stand up for well justified plans & proposals
Basic wage component (gross): from 2200 EUR/month
- The final basic wage component can be higher accordingly to individual skills and experience of selected candidate.
