Online Marketing Manager is responsible for implementing ESET’s online marketing strategy across a variety of channels including PPC, SEO, Email, Social media, Web analytics and Affiliates to ensure that KPI goals are met. The role will involve proposing and implementing an optimum portfolio mix of digital channels to maximize impact on the Japan market effectively, in sync with the Global Online Marketing team and local Sales team.Job description
Key Result Areas:
• Digital marketing strategy and implementation of ESET digital portfolio
• Effective digital marketing infrastructure (websites, social media, traffic generation, management and results-driven analytics - volumes, revenue generating actions, link building, SEO etc.)
• Ownership of digital channels and management of reputation through them
• Digital program delivery which meets objectives within budget
Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver an overall marketing strategy for the online and digital channels for the Japanese market
• Influence key internal stakeholders in the budget creation process to meet the marketing needs, and manage the annual budget
• Create the roadmap of activities and then execute on schedule
• Provide thought leadership, feed in new requirements to the Global Online Marketing team to improve the customer experience, suggesting innovative ideas to expand market share and brand awareness.
• Liaise with the Global Online Marketing team to share best practice, customer behavior analysis and drive efficiency with them where possible
• Ensure ongoing and effective stakeholder management. Act as a bridge for communication between Global Online Marketing and the Country Manager
• Utilize online analytics to monitor KPIs
• Ensure all ESET’s customer facing digital properties are optimised user friendly and their use is maximized
• Keep abreast of online industry best practices and progress
• Review competitor websites to evaluate promotional tactics, customer experience, and product presentation and translate findings into executable projects
Personality requirements and skills:
• Background in online/digital marketing, marketing communication or brand management.
• Experience with budgeting, planning and execution online marketing plans for the online and digital channels.
• Ability to perform research, analyze websites, document changes, and make suggestions regarding online strategy and approach.
• Ability to compile and analyze search data and metrics and suggest decisions regarding campaign direction and e-commerce business development.
• Ability to perform click through rate, conversion, spend and creative analysis to identify growth/optimization opportunities.
• Must have knowledge of Online Marketing- digital channels / MarCom / PR / Product Management / Business Development.
• Effective oral and written communication skills in English and Japanese
• Ability to work in dynamic environment, and focus on ambitious KPI´s.
