The mission of the Inside Sales position is to support the Distributors and channels, as well as the potential and current clients of ESET Latin America, by providing answers to sales inquiries and generating quality commercial support. Moreover, the Inside Sales & Renewal Specialist has to gather and manage information regarding sales, products and statistics in order to formulate and apply action plans.Job description
Responsibilities and Duties
• To manage and administer all the Partners and Distributors of the assigned countries and advise them on commercial matters.
• To monitor all Partners, channels and Distributors in order to gather information regarding the status of renewals according to expiration dates (through calls), and to manage and execute those renewals.
• To respond to commercial queries received through the ESET website and by mail in the Area.
• To assign prospects and monitor them in order to close deals.
• To prepare commercial documents of ESET products (such as licensing information, quotes, promotions, etc.), and send them to all the channels and Distributors so that they have the necessary materials to perform their commercial activities.
• To approve or reject the purchase orders entered by the Partners in the system, validating the data and prices.
• To provide Second-Level Commercial Support for home users.
• To recruit new channels (in countries without a Distributor) and verify their compliance with the administrative requirements necessary for their approval and registration as ESET Partners: To send and receive contracts; to control forms and other documents to be submitted by the future Partner.
• To organize and conduct webinars for the channels and Distributors: call the participants, prepare the materials to be presented (in powerpoint), and deliver the live seminars on topics related to the Area.
• To provide internal commercial support (generation of licenses, batches, reports) for the different Areas. To document the different processes of the Area. To develop, together with the assigned Partners, the strategy for account renewal.
• To develop, together with the assigned Partners, strategies to get new clients.
• To comply with the Information Security Policies and Directives defined by the Company.
• To integrate ESET Latin America's values into every decision and day-to-day behavior, making them a pillar of the corporate culture and transmitting them in every task.
Requirements
Education
Full tertiary or partial university studies in Marketing, Administration, Public Relations or similar.
Experience
From 1 to 3 years working experience in the commercial area.
Knowledge
• Commercial orientation.
• Negotiation and communication skills.

Languages
English: Intermediate level.
Managerial skills
• Planning.

• Coordination.
Scope (Impact)
• The Impact of this position is 50% of the sales quota for the office in Mexico.
