Answering technical issues relating to ESET products, from business and home users, via phone/e-mail/chat messaging
Acts as a 'go-to' SME for the customer/technical support agents in case escalations and best practice conflict resolution for online customers (consumers and business)
Working alongside internal/external sales teams with pre and post sales technical advice
Developing long-term relationships with reseller and clients through managing and interpreting their requirements.
Ongoing familiarization with all solutions enhancements, versions etc.
Providing product launch support and training i.e. conducting enablement sessions with customers, product demos & short webinars
Persuading resellers and clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.
Interprets, responds to complex functional and technical elements of RFIs (request for information), working closely with key stakeholders and internal local or global HQ teams
