Responsibilities:
Lead the formulation and execution of the global CRO strategy and roadmaps of activities with the goal to attract and retain customers through the online channel.
Lead the CRO team, encouraging teamwork and collaboration both within the team and with other departments. Together, you'll brainstorm, test, and execute strategies that boost conversion rates and enhance the user experience.
Promote a culture of testing, urging the wider team to experiment with new ideas while making decisions based on both data and insights.
Drive improvements in the customer experience by identifying optimization opportunities, translating findings into actionable strategies.
Support the team in turning insights into practical solutions, such as wireframes, mockups, and designs, to better the customer journey.
Ensure smooth cooperation with both global and regional teams to carry out experiments and apply enhancements effectively.
You will be a part of a larger ecosystem: teams like Digital UX, Web Analysts, Marketing Automation, and Advertising will be there to support you.
Requirements:
Strong background in CRO methodologies, including user research, A/B testing, data analysis, and familiarity with CRO tools (e.g., Optimizely, Google Analytics, Hotjar).
Proven ability to lead and nurture a high-performing team, potentially with some experience in DesignOps.
Solid analytical skills, capable of finding insights in diverse data sets and a solid grasp of statistics.
Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to different audiences.
Technical knowledge in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and experience with eCommerce platforms like Shopify are beneficial.

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: from 3000 EUR /month
- The final basic wage component can be higher accordingly to individual skills and experience of selected candidate.
- Performance bonus 2 times per year up to 15% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period (usually 6 months).
