As a Conversion Optimization Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in executing our global online strategy. You'll be part of a dynamic team whose mission is to boost online business performance while maintaining a strong focus on user and customer experience. Collaborating closely with global teams—including Digital UX and Marketing Automation—you'll enhance our digital presence and directly impact millions of ESET customers worldwide.
Responsibilities:
Data Analysis: Use quantitative and qualitative data to identify friction points and revenue-boosting opportunities, translating them into actionable optimization recommendations.
Experiment Execution: Propose, plan, and execute experiments (A/B tests, direct implementations, user tests) aimed at improving customer retention or acquisition. Define clear KPIs and work with global and local teams to prepare high-quality test variants.
Experiment Evaluation: Analyze experiment results, identify key findings, and clearly formulate actionable takeaways.
Customer Experience Enhancement: Contribute to evolving ESET's online customer experience by providing insights, optimization suggestions, and innovative ideas.
Best Practice Definition: Develop web/eCommerce CRO analyses and best practice guidelines for internal stakeholders, partners, and offices.
Promote Experimentation Culture: Share your team's findings and support worldwide teams in executing their local CRO initiatives.
Strategic Roadmap Development: Understand the global online strategy and support it by creating and implementing a roadmap of meaningful conversion optimization activities.
Requirements:
Research Experience: Advanced experience in at least one of the following areas:
Split testing execution and evaluation
User experience design
Qualitative research
Analytical Skills: Strong web analytical abilities with a basic understanding of business analytics.
Digital Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of digital marketing, email marketing, usability, and user experience principles and trends.
Design Skills: Ability to express ideas through wireframes or mock-ups.
Data-Driven Mindset: Strong preference for making decisions based on data.
Customer Empathy: Ability to understand and empathize with the consumer mindset.
Independence: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
Holistic Thinking: Analytical mind capable of seeing the big picture without losing sight of important details.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; able to articulate opinions clearly and effectively.
Proactive Attitude: Eagerness to explore new tools, areas, and approaches with a can-do attitude.

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: from 2800 EUR /month
- The final basic wage component can be higher accordingly to individual skills and experience of selected candidate.
- Performance bonus 2 times per year up to 10% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period (usually 6 months).
