    The Sales Engineer (SE) is the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ESET and is primarily responsible for supporting the ESET Sales team with technical sales activities in new and pre-existing opportunities. The SE is responsible for the creation and delivery of technical presentations of the ESET solutions as well as assisting with installations of ESET products in both a pre and post-sales support role. Pre-sales activities involve advocating the ESET solutions, support in the sales lifecycle, assisting customers and resellers with product evaluations, the training of partners, system integrators, and resellers. The PSE will work closely with both the ESET direct sales team as well as supporting ESET partners and high-profile customers within the assigned territory. The PSE works closely with Channel Sales Managers to develop business opportunities, grow the territory, and maintain a high-level customer satisfaction.
