    The Inside Sales Engineer (ISE) is responsible for supporting the ESET Sales team by providing technical presentations of ESET’s solutions. The ISE provides product knowledge, technical product presentations, trial assistance, installations, training, and periodic assistance with customer service issues. This position works closely with the Field Sales Engineers (FSE) team to provide proper coverage for SMB sales opportunities, in order to drive revenue, support the ESET Partner community, and ensure customer retention. The Inside Sales Engineer is expected to be flexible and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
