What you'll do: 

• People management of the development team
• Responsible for performance and evaluation of developers
• Mentoring and development of people within the team
• Develop new features for ESET websites
• Participate in daily stand-ups, bi-weekly sprint planning and sprint retrospectives for the team
• Participate in ongoing learning opportunities to help us acquire new skills or deepen existing expertise

Basic wage component (brutto): from 3 200 EUR + Bonus: Performance bonus twice a year up to 25% of the salary base paid for the evaluated period (usually 6 months).
