This position co-develop, manages and implements various global sales programs, campaigns and activities from A to Z. This means collecting all the necessary inputs, preparing briefs for internal and external teams. This role also suggests improvements for strategic sales programs and comments on final outputs. Sales programs addresses fulfillment of the company objectives through our Partners, Regional offices and distribution channel (Countries, Distributors and Resellers).Job description
As Global Sales Program Manager you will:
Gather market information, requirements and needs from regional teams, as well as from ESET headquarters and ESET offices, necessary for sales program analysis and sales concept development
Develop detailed sales program guidelines and materials based on new business ideas, improvements or changes while reflecting corporate strategy and local priorities
Work closely with segment sales leaders and all necessary internal and external stakeholders
Work independently to pilot and scale assigned sales programs on a global scale
Suggest improvements for further development of assigned sales programs
Ensure progress of assigned sales programs through business owners and jointly remove obstacles to their success
Responsible for the fulfillment of program goals and successful implementation of programs Responsible for the fulfillment of financial and non-financial performance goals
Track approved spend/transactions within assigned sales programs
Maintain updated records and create reports on program activities and status
Build strong partnerships with ESET senior leadership across business divisions and regions
Educate peers, colleagues, partners, and offices about assigned programs, their goals, and engage
We are looking for a candidate with:
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
Experience in Enterprise segment, direct and indirect sales, distribution channel and program management
Ability to understand the business requirements and goals
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Active English (written and spoken; min. B2 level)
Ability to cooperate with teams across whole organization on complex tasks
Ability to work independently and take on responsibility
Systematic, structured approach work and task management
Ability to find ways around objections and win partners to his side
Tech savvy, proficient in MS Office
Basic wage component (gross): from 2500 EUR
- Performance bonus 2 times per year up to 10% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period (usually 6 months).
