We are looking for a new colleague, a Senior Program Manager, who will join our Corporate Project Management Office, with primary responsibility to bring our ESET Campus to life and manage Campus program with multiple complex programs/projects deliveries. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including:
Be responsible for preparation and overseeing of creating and executing of multiple program proposals, also creation of budgets and operating plans.
Provide support to project owners/managers and program owners/managers in preparation of project/program proposals that align with overarching program goals.
Update program owner on program achievements, handovers to operations and closures.
Provide and update program benefit fulfillment and possible deviations.
Raise change requests with significant impact to program owner.
Create and manage long-term goals. Align the deliverables (outputs) to the program’s “outcome”, multiple programs with business goals.
Evaluate and oversee KPIs of multiple programs.
Define program governance, oversee and coordinate delivery of multiple programs if needed.
Coordinate the projects and their interdependencies, manage both the dependencies and the interfaces among projects within the program.
Perform status check with project/program owners and project/program managers and report status.
Provide program status updates to the owner, including escalations, issues and risks raised on project's level.
Plan the overall program, monitor the progress and coordinate the dependencies among multiple programs.
Deliver tasks as delegated by program owner.
Manage the program’s budget - oversight of current spending vs. budget.
Manage benefits of the multiple programs.
Manage risks and issues, and escalations and take corrective measurements.
Manage and utilize resources allocation and staffing across projects - oversight of allocation and use of assigned resources and address resource gaps.
Manage participants’ communication.
Manage the main program documentations such as the program initiation document.
Structure programs, project phases and multiple project requirements into relevant projects.
Act as point of contact for all project/program managers within division/segment.
Act as an escalation contact for program managers / project managers/projects participants.
Perform conceptual, systemic, creative and methodical activities.
Carry out other work according to the instructions of a managing employee in accordance with the activity of the department and the company.
To excel in this role, we are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
This position requires a meticulous individual with a proven track record in leading large-scale construction projects. Overseeing the entire project life cycle with strong focus on plan, manage and control permitting process, leasing of buildings, construction activities, and maintaining the building post-construction.
Education
• University degree, preferably in Business/Marketing or alike areas with ability to understand a technical parts of program / projects.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction - preferred
• Program management related training / certifications are required (IPMA A / Prince2 MSP®: Managing Successful Programmes / Program Management Professional (PgMP)®).
Experience
At least 5 years Project Management and/or Cost Management (Quantity Surveying) experience within a Construction or Real Estate Consultancy
Knowledge
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - advanced
• Jira/Confluence/Mural/ Big picture (or alike portfolio / roadmapping tool) - advanced
• Any Project portfolio tool knowledge.
• Expert knowledge in program management.
• Understanding of program, project phases & multiple project requirements and how to structure them into relevant projects.
• Demonstrable experience in any one of the following: change management, crisis communication, portfolio management, report management, teams management
• Understanding of architectural plans and familiarity with facility systems, relocations, furniture, and space planning - preffered
• Strong project management / architecture /construction / estimating capability
• Excellent time management

Basic wage component (brutto): from 4400 EUR
*The final basic wage component can be adjusted accordingly to individual skills and experience of selected candidate.
Performance bonus 2 times per year up to 20% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period (usually 6 months).
