FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES • Answer inbound calls. • Action emails sent into both your personal inboxes and team inboxes. • Deal with our smaller resellers in the channel, this includes: sign ups, quoting, assisting with the Partner Portal – processing orders etc., identifying the larger resellers that have potential and flagging to department manager, renewal calls. • Pass calls from our larger resellers through to the relevant Account Managers. • Provide quotations to home users. • Issue trials to home users. • Amend Customer’s licenses. • Process orders and take payments from direct customers. • Make outbound courtesy calls to existing end users. • General administrative office tasks. REQUIREMENTS Experience: • Previous Customer Service Experience with some phone experience Knowledge: • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook • Basic knowledge of IT Security Language: • C2 English - Proficient Communication: • Excellent telephone skills • Excellent written skills Personal characteristics: • Strong organisational and time management skills • Able to manage high call volumes and cope well under pressure • Ability to work well in a team and on your own ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Travel: • None Confidential information: • Access to customer contact detailsJob requisition
