The Consumer Segment Sales Leader will be responsible for consumer and ISP market development on a regional level in Latin America in the commercial area.Job description
Responsibilities and Duties
• Regional reference for Latin America for the commercial area, for Consumer solutions, including the ISP sub-segment.
• Definition of business development strategies for the segment, including all its channels, resellers, ISP, Online (in conjunction with the Online Team)
• To guarantee the commercial knowledge that the distribution chain must have in order to commercialize the different technological solutions, having to be aligned to internal processes from Headquarters.
• To act as a negotiation partner between the channels and Headquarters.
• Align with internal areas (Marketing, Operations, Support, etc.) customer service strategy, demand generation and business development for Consumer solutions.
• Development and definition of strategies for the fulfillment of the annual Forecast of the Consumer solutions (short term)
• Development and definition of strategies to ensure sustained growth; and the development and evolution of the performance of Consumer solutions in the medium and long term.
• To comply with the Information Security Policies and Directives defined by the Company.
• To integrate ESET Latin America's values into every decision and day-to-day behavior, making them a pillar of the corporate culture and transmitting them in every task.
• Scope: Regional (LATAM).
Requirements
Education
• Complete university studies in Technology, Computer science, Business and/or Marketing.
Experience
• At least 5 years working experience in commercial areas, mainly in technology companies.
Knowledge
• Knowledge of how technology products work.
• Use cases and implementation of commercial solutions.
• Commercial and technical sales skills
• Public Speaking and Negotiation Skills
• Sales skills and techniques.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Package.
Languages
• English: intermediate/advanced.
• Portuguese desirable
