Job description
Responsibilities:
Active cooperation and know-how sharing with the Country Manager on all activities related to business development and sales activities
Identification of business opportunities and growth strategy for enterprise segment in Japan
Building positive and strong relations with prospective as well as contracted partners, to generate new revenue opportunities
Perform presentations and negotiate with partners for onboarding to ESET ecosystem
Close cooperation with ESET Country Manager, Sales/Channel Manager and Primary Partner where needed
Prepare and implement programs, plans and activities to maximize ESET sales in Enterprise segment in line with company strategy
Execute projects focused on maximizing our sales in Enterprise segment
Coordinate preparation of sales enablement materials and tools aimed for partners approaching Enterprise segment
Perform direct sales activities focused on customers from Enterprise segment when needed
Cooperate on definition of strategy for Enterprise segment and take responsibility for its implementation
Support the sales team and partners during deployment of Enterprise segment strategy
Define and monitor KPIs for all implemented programs and plans, evaluate and report results and suggest new ways how to achieve maximum sales in Enterprise segment
Personality requirements and skills:
High proficiency in English communication (TOIEC Score: 800+)
Minimum 5 years’ experience from sales (IT business preferred)
Good knowledge of IT security products, preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Creative and strategic thinking
Presentation and negotiation skills
